This Returns and Cancellations Policy is in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and forms an integral part of our Terms of Use.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request to return an item purchased on our website within 14 days from the day it was received. No explanation is required by law.
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
Custom-made items, intimate wear, swimwear, and items over 3,000 NIS are not eligible for return or cancellation under the law.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, missing, or incorrect product, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and a brief description (photos recommended).
After verifying the request, we will offer, at your choice:
- A replacement for an identical or equivalent product, or
- A full refund
In such cases, shipping costs for the return and replacement will be covered by us.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, or customizations made at your request.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return request, email us at info@historiclub.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A clear statement that you wish to return the item
Once we confirm your request by email, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Returns must be shipped or delivered at your own expense to the address we provide by email (unless the item is defective as described above).
- We are not obligated to provide courier pickup unless stated otherwise.
- The returned item must arrive in perfect condition and properly packed. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and approved:
- A full refund will be issued within 14 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only
- In case of cancellation after shipment, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply, as allowed by law
WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED
We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following cases:
- The item was returned after the 14-day window
- The item was visibly used, damaged, or returned without original packaging
- You failed to return the item after the cancellation was approved
IMPORTANT NOTES
- You are not required to explain the reason for returning an item.
- If you do not return the item within 14 days of cancellation approval, your right to a refund may expire.
- If you provide incorrect shipping details or the item is not received by us, the return cannot be processed.
